How reliable is the AI analysis?

Every comment is read and classified one by one — no bulk estimation. The scoring formula, sentiment categories, and the source of each benchmark norm are shown openly inside the report — no black-box score.

Which platforms do you support?

Instagram and YouTube. Public comments and performance metrics are pulled only via the platforms' official APIs, within the permissions you grant.

When is the report ready?

Once content is approved and published, comment analysis is triggered automatically. When it completes, the report is ready in your dashboard — no manual step required.

Is our data safe?

We request only the read-only permissions needed to build your analytics. We don't sell the data, use it for ads, or share it beyond the brand running the campaign. Details are in our privacy policy.

Do you handle the influencer payment?

No. Payment runs directly between the brand and the influencer. The platform handles discovery, invitations, content delivery and the campaign report; it doesn't intermediate the payment flow.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. It's a monthly subscription; if you cancel, it stays active until the end of the current billing period and you aren't billed for the next one.
