Frequently asked questions
Answers to everything you might ask.
A short rundown of what Vibemetri does, how the analysis works and how we protect your data. If you can't find what you need, write to us.
General
What exactly does Vibemetri do?
It reads the comments under influencer campaigns one by one and shows what the audience did: whether they talked about the product or the influencer, what they asked, what they objected to, who wanted to buy. It brings sentiment, purchase questions, themes and goal-based performance together in a single campaign report, which also lists what goes into the next brief.
Who is it for?
Brands, agencies and influencers. Brands and agencies see what the audience did in their campaigns; influencers show their bond with their audience through an independent source.
How is it different from a standard report?
A standard report shows how much the campaign was seen: views, likes, comment count. Vibemetri reads the comments of the same campaign one by one, splits them into sentiment, intent and themes, and compares the result with category and market norms.
Which platforms does it cover?
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. A link to a published post is enough; no plugin to install and no screenshots to upload.
Does it understand Turkish comments correctly?
Yes. The analysis is tuned for Turkish: everyday language, abbreviations, slang, implicit sarcasm and irony. It also analyses English content, and you get the report in Turkish or English.
Analysis and reports
How do you analyse comments?
Comments are read and classified one by one as positive, neutral or negative, catching implicit sarcasm and irony too. Whether praise went to the influencer or the product is measured separately, purchase questions are separated, comments are clustered into themes and a performance assessment is produced against the campaign goal.
What's the difference between a pre-analysis and a deep campaign report?
A pre-analysis lets you read one of an influencer's past collaborations before you work with them: paste the link to the published post and, with no campaign to set up, that real post is analysed as if it were a campaign; you see the conversation, questions and next-brief suggestions. A deep campaign report is produced from inside the campaign: you open the campaign and add the post links, or run it end to end on the platform. The brief and target audience go into the report, and brief fit and campaign analysis are measured too.
Does the result change with my campaign goal?
Yes. Awareness, sales and reputation goals are weighted differently; the same comments can give a different result depending on your goal. You choose the goal when setting up the campaign.
Do you separate inflated or duplicate comments?
Yes. We separate duplicate, spam and bot comments; results are calculated on the cleaned set, so inflated engagement doesn't change the outcome.
Can I see crisis or boycott risk?
Yes. Crisis and boycott language and negative brand associations in the comments are gathered in a separate risk panel, so you see the campaign's brand-safety status at a glance.
What is the comparison based on?
Every post is read against the influencer's own usual views; sentiment and themes are compared with category and market norms. If you worked with several influencers, you see them all side by side.
Do you read every comment on the post?
On most posts, yes. On some posts the platform opens only part of the comments; then the report shows both numbers together: how many comments the post shows and how many were read. So you always know what the result rests on.
Does it work on posts with few comments?
It does. As the comment count drops, confidence drops too; the report flags those sections clearly and shows the count as it is instead of a percentage.
When is the report ready?
Once you add the post link and start the report, the comments are collected and analysed; it's usually ready within a few minutes. Even if you close the page, the analysis finishes in the background.
Can I share the report with my team or client?
Yes. The report is shared with a link and opens without an account. The link carries neither account data nor the deal amount.
Choosing influencers
What can I see before working with an influencer?
Every influencer has a detail page: account health (follower change, engagement, posting rhythm), how many of the last 25 posts were ads and whether ad posts are watched as much as regular posts, and the brands they've worked with.
Where do I choose accounts from?
Pick from Vibemetri's influencer pool, filtering by category, location and engagement quality, or upload your own shortlist. Accounts not in the pool are fetched from the platform.
Which plan includes these?
Profile views in the influencer pool come with every plan. Shortlist upload, influencer detail (brands worked with, ad performance) and contact reveals open from the Pro plan.
Pricing (brands)
Can I start for free?
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial: 3 campaign reports and 3 pre-analysis reports, no card needed.
What are the plans?
Starter, Pro and Premium monthly plans, plus enterprise-grade Enterprise. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of deep campaign reports and pre-analysis reports; you move up as your needs grow. Current prices are on the Pricing page.
What happens when my monthly report quota runs out?
You keep producing reports: approve the per-report fee or move up a plan. The fee is shown clearly before production; plan changes are always your choice.
Do you take a commission from my campaign budget?
Our revenue model is subscriptions and report packs. The whole campaign budget goes to the influencer.
Can an agency manage several brands?
Yes. You add client brands under your account; each brand's competitors, criteria and reports are kept separate, while quota and billing stay on one account.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel a monthly subscription whenever you like and keep using it until the end of the period. Annual plans have a 30-day cooling-off window.
For influencers
Why should I sign up as an influencer?
You show your bond with your audience through an independent source. Comment-level analysis brings out the quality of your engagement; if you like, add your VibePass to your bio and present it to brands with one link.
Is signing up paid?
Signing up and the profile are free for influencers; the full fee you agree with a brand is yours.
What is VibePass?
A verifiable public page based on your Vibe Score. If you choose to publish it, it appears on your bio link, and brands treat it as an independent quality signal.
How much of my data do brands see?
Your account quality score is shared only when you choose to publish it; a toggle on your profile keeps it fully in your control. A brand sees a percentage demographic match against its own target audience; your audience's raw demographic data stays with you.
Data and privacy
How do you protect my data?
Data comes from public platform data; connected-account data is taken only with the permissions you approve, via the platforms' official interfaces. Details on the Privacy Policy and Data and transparency pages.
Am I handing over my Instagram password?
No. Account connection uses the official secure authorisation (OAuth) flow of Instagram/Facebook and Google. We never see or store your password; we only access the permissions you approve.
Do you store comment text?
Comments are collected for the analysis and deleted after 30 days; the report stays. In the report commenters appear under a pseudonym that can't be traced back to the person.
Are you KVKK and GDPR compliant?
We process your data in line with KVKK and GDPR principles. You can request deletion or export of your data from your account at any time.
Can I disconnect my account and delete my data?
Yes. You can remove the connection whenever you like and request deletion of all associated data. The steps are on the Data deletion page.
