Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 11 June 2026

When you connect a social media account (Instagram / Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) to Vibemetri ("Platform", a trading name of Campaign Intelligence Ltd), we process data only within the permissions you grant. This page explains how to delete your account and all associated data we hold (including profile, content, and performance data fetched from social media APIs).

1. Delete from Within Your Account (fastest)

  1. Sign in to your Vibemetri account.
  2. Open Settings → Account → Delete my account.
  3. Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data are marked for deletion.

2. Remove Only a Connected Account

If you want to disconnect a single social media link without closing your whole account, go to Settings → Connected accounts and remove the relevant platform. After disconnection, profile and content data fetched from that platform's APIs is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days at most.

You can also revoke access directly with the platform: for Facebook/Instagram via Settings → Accounts Center → Apps and websites; for Google/YouTube via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account or prefer to submit your request in writing, email privacy@vibemetri.com from your registered email address with the subject "Data deletion request". We process the request once we have verified your identity.

4. What Happens After Deletion

Once we receive your request, we close any active campaigns, complete the necessary reconciliation, and within 30 days delete or irreversibly anonymise all your personal data. Financial records we are legally required to retain (invoices, payment receipts) are kept only for the statutory period and deleted at expiry. We send a confirmation email when the process is complete.
