Data & Transparency

What data we process, and why

A plain-language summary of what happens when you connect an account. For the binding legal detail, the Privacy Policy prevails.

Our sources

We only pull data after you approve it, through the official Instagram/Facebook and YouTube APIs. We never see your password; access is limited to the scope you grant on the platform’s own permission screen and can be revoked at any time.

What we process

  • Public profile and content information (account name, post/video data).
  • Comments under the content and engagement metrics.
  • If you approve it, aggregate audience and performance statistics for your account.

Why we process it

The single purpose is campaign analysis: turning comments into sentiment, purchase intent and themes to produce an objective performance report. We do not sell or rent your data for ad targeting.

How long we keep it

We keep raw comment data for at most 30 days after collection, then delete it automatically. Commenter usernames are stored pseudonymised (hashed); only the aggregated / anonymised result remains in the report. When you disconnect an account or request deletion, we remove the associated data.

Your rights

Under KVKK and GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. You can remove the connection at any time and request deletion of all your data.
