Frequently asked questions.
Do I pay anything as a creator?
No. None of the plans on this page apply to creators. Opening and using an account is free in every segment, from nano to mega — there is no creator subscription and no hidden fee.
Do you take a commission from my earnings?
No. Whatever you agree with the brand is yours in full; the platform doesn't sit in that payment and takes no cut of it. Our revenue comes only from brand subscriptions.
What happens when my monthly report quota runs out?
Report generation doesn't stop. When the quota is used up you can either pay a per-report fee and generate the report immediately, or move up a plan. The fee is shown clearly before generation, and your usage is listed transparently on the Billing page.
How are creator payments handled?
The platform doesn't intermediate brand ↔ creator payments. The brand and creator settle directly between themselves (bank transfer, invoice, whatever method they agree on). The platform only provides discovery, invites, content delivery and the campaign report.
How is billing handled?
Brand platform subscription invoices are issued by our company, Campaign Intelligence Ltd (United Kingdom). Brand ↔ creator payments happen off-platform, so the related invoicing is handled by the parties themselves.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes. You stay active until the end of the current billing period; the next period is not charged.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Paying annually gets you two months free (16% off). Contact us to set it up.
